About New Life Nutrition
Changes to diet and lifestyle are often sought by people going through physical, mental and/or emotional issues. My goal is to share my knowledge and provide you with support to ensure you feel both empowered and motivated to take responsibility for your own health and well-being. Nutritional therapy is an amazing natural tool helping many physical and emotional symptoms improve dramatically without the need for chemical or invasive intervention. A healthy diet and lifestyle also ensures you achieve your optimum weight.As a Foresight practitioner, I offer a totally natural alternative for those seeking advice and support on pre-conception and pregnancy care. This programme has amazing results for achieving natural conception and healthy live births.
Available are:
• One to one consultations for individual and personal advice.
• ‘Certificate in Nutritional Healing’ courses, approved and recognised by the Nutritional Healing Foundation.
• Detox Support Groups. A programme encouraging you to cleanse and release toxins held on to for far too long.
• Raw Food classes throughout the year
• Live Blood Analysis to help determine nutritional status, and as a tool to empower and encourage clients to take control of their own health.
